Meditation kya hai aur iske kya fayde hain

 


Meditation ek pratikriya hai jisme vyakti apne dimag ko shant, sthir aur prashant sthiti mein laane ki koshish karta hai. Isme vyakti dhyan lagata hai, aksar kisi mantra, breath, ya kisi chintan vishay par dhyan kendrit karta hai. Meditation karne ke kai fayde hain, jaise:


1. **Shant aur sthir dimag**: Meditation dimag ko shant aur sthir banane mein madad karta hai, jisse stress aur chintao ka samna kiya ja sake.

2. **Sharirik aur mansik swasthya**: Regular meditation karne se sharirik aur mansik swasthya mein sudhar hota hai. Yeh depression aur anxiety ko kam karne mein madad karta hai.

3. **Dhyaan ki badhotri**: Meditation se dhyan shakti mein vriddhi hoti hai, jo vyakti ko adhik samarth aur pragatisheel banata hai.

4. **Aatmik vikas**: Meditation aatmik vikas mein madad karta hai aur vyakti ko apne antarik shaktiyon ko samajhne aur viksit karne mein madad karta hai.

5. **Tanav aur tanav prabandhan**: Meditation tanav ko kam karne mein sahayak hoti hai aur vyakti ko sambhavnaon aur samadhanon ko sahi tarike se samajhne mein madad karti hai.
